Ecila walked through the stony streets, barely listening to the hustle and bustle of the vendors around her. She didn't bother looking at them, her only interest was some food. Fishing through her pockets she found that her remaining money is only a few silver coins. Throwing it up and down, she could hear people trying to beckon her over to a stand. The stand that caught her eye was a meat stand, rushing over she quickly bought an armful of meat, with her remaining money... Man she was screwed in the future.

(This makes what, the third thread Erik's been in? Damn, he sure is popular.)
Xanth walked about the crowded streets, hearing people mutter and insult toward him in the process. He sighed, ignoring the rude comments. Damn, how he hated being rich, and being born into his specific family. In fact, he was so caught up in his thoughts he ran into somebody. A boy, with the same uniform as him. Another noble? Damn it! Xanth was about to apologize before the boy cut him off.
Erik looked up at the boy he ran into, and smiled. "I'm sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going. Did you drop something? Do you need help with something, I need to help some way!" He got an odd look from the boy, before noticing a girl in a stand, with an armful of meat. Erik raised an eyebrow at this, but walked up to the girl. He kindly tapped her shoulder to get her attention. "Excuse me miss, do you by any chance need help?"
Xanth followed this boy, whom was oddly kind. I mean, if this boy was a noble, didn't he know about his family? Unless... This boy just turned 15 and hadn't been to half the ceremonies Xanth had. He looked as the boy tapped the girls shoulder, watching the girl turn around and the boy... Blushing? Why the hell was he blushing? "Pardon him...." Xanth murmured, taking one more glance at the blushing idiot before debating whether he should walk away or not.

Ecila ate one of the meat shishkabobs in a quick, deliberate fashion before discarding the wooden stick, as he listened to the boy talk. Was he going to be alright, he was awfully red in the cheeks. The other kid seemed weak and frail...yet the two of them looked as if they had the same style of clothing. Other than the fact that people were now glaring at them, she tried to think up something for the boys to do. Truthfully she didn't need any sort of help. She could easily carry the current armful of oily meat in her free left arm and her scythe with her right, but to make things easier on her she though up of one way.
"Here, hold this and follow me," she answered, throwing her scythe with little effort at the happy reddish blond one. Hopefully he wasn't as stupid as he looked. While the other, just seemed much more...something else.

Erik blinked as the girl talked. "Uh... Oh, right!" He muttered, catching the scythe. He looked at it as he followed the girl, he wondered why she'd carry this thing around. He looked back at the boy he was into earlier and waved. "Come on! I still have to make up my inconvenience from earlier!" He exclaimed, seeing the boy sigh and start to reluctantly follow. He was about to say something, before a noticing some hostile glares on all of them. He cut the childish act, and slightly glared back. The city wasn't a place to really goof off in, for there were thieves and... Other things out there. He kept a close eye on the girl and the noble boy, he didn't care if he got hurt, for those two would be his top priority.
Xanth watched as the boy easily held the scythe, and the size of it was... One to make one flinch. However, he just stood there. Before the boy waved him over and made his claims about the past inconvenience. He sighed, easily catching up with the boy. Why he trusted people this soon was beyond him... I mean, normally you'd be wary of people rather then trusting toward them.

Ecila stopped in the middle of the road, ignoring the stares and disgusted faces of the people around her. What had she ever done? Along the way to her crossroad, she had finished all her meat. Wiping off the remaining oil on her mouth, with her already soiled sleeve, she turned, looking around all the streets. Arvila was indeed larger, bigger than she had hoped. More than often she found herself lost or being mugged. Well getting mugged was her main source of income, they seemed to always have a few coins with them.
"Alright, so this street, leads to another street at some other location within the city, that might end up near water, but I can't swim, so it would be safe to think that the others might be the same and..." she talked on and on, confusing herself even more.

Erik stopped when the girl did, listening to her babble on about something or another. He interrupted her in a polite fashion, however. "Where might you be headed? I know this city like the back of my hand." He stated, looking at the boy. "However, I do think we need to introduce ourselves first. I'm Erik," He stated, smiling in attempt to look happy. However, he was still in that protective mood, rather then the hyper childish behavior.
Xanth listened to the girl ramble about... Directions, or something about the city. And something about water? Before it was all interrupted by the boy. First he asked a question then introduced himself. Xanth only nodded, "I'm Xanth..." He stated, looking at the girl who was recently babbling. She looked like she was the type who would snap even at simple questions like these.

"Alright so I'll head that away!" Ecila declared, not bothering to answer the guy's question. She pushed off with her feet, but soon ended up practically tackling someone on the streets.
"Hey watch where you're standing!" she spoke, speaking her mind like always. The man was clearly angered already, as he slowly pulled out a sword. Out of her own reaction, she punched him square in the nose!
"Ha! Next time, just listen and watch where you're standing," she spat, knowing full well the stranger would stand up and attack again.

Xanth was the first to catch up with Elica, seeing her run into a man, and... No, he recognized this man, it was a relative of sorts... Whom, he was unclear, he never did like his family. Most of his family never liked him. The man looked up after being punched in the face, glaring at him. "And you call yourself a noble, boy!?" The man yelled, getting up and shoving the pathetic girl out of his way. "Damn kids should know their place!" With that, he swung his sword at Xanth, Xanth quickly ducking before the blade could come in contact with his throat.
Erik sped after the two, when he caught up, Elica was shoved and Xanth's head was almost cut off. This was a high noble, but what had caused him to act such a way? No matter, he was going to harm Xanth and that... One girl, he still didn't know her name. "Hey!" He yelled at the man, before the man got hit in the head by the blunt end of the scythe. It was only a matter of minutes before the man was passed out, and Erik was struggling to actually even hold the scythe. Xanth's eyes widened looking down at the limp body before looking at Erik.
"Xanth, you okay?" He asked quizzically. "H-he... is a relative... And if he figures out..." He couldn't even finish, just kept staring at the ground. Erik sat the scythe against the wall, walking over to Xanth. He put a friendly hand on the boy's shoulders, causing him to look up. "If anything happens, I'll take the blame. It's my fault for getting you.. us, into this." That was a complete lie, it was the stupid girl's fault. However, something about the boy's kindness wasn't that stupid after all...

Ecila fell on her put when she was pushed, but the boys following her took of the man. She preferred to have done all the work herself, but help was needed every now and than. What stunned her was that the man seemed to have been important and related to the black headed one. Taking hold of the scythe, she wasn't doing it to relieve the boy of it, simply because she liked things done by herself.
"Its not your fault, its mine, besides no one has to know, but us...we can like ship him off in a ship or something..." Ecila spoke in a calm and orderly fashion. She loved her scythe, it reminded her of...herself. The color matched her.
"So like, names, Ecila," she said, while poking the man with the blade awfully close to the face.

Xanth somewhat squeaked at the girls suggestion with the body, while Erik just sighed. "People aren't objects," he murmured, looking at the fidgeting Xanth. "I-I.... I just don't want to get in trouble!" Erik gave the boy a sympathetic glance, before closing his eyes for a brief moment and laughing. Xanth was taken aback by it, before the boy's emerald eyes locked with his own golden pair. "Relax, we'll take care of this." The boy remarked kindly, before turning his attention to the girl who was now speaking. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Ecila. You too, Xanth." He gave a quick nod to both of them, before looking as Alice held the blade of her weapon close to the mans face.
Xanth jumped, while Erik kneeled over the man, and gingerly pushed the weapon aside. "We aren't killing him, Ecila. We just need to figure out where exactly to put him." He concluded, waiting for a response from Elica. Xanth looked like he was going to blow a fuse or pass out, so Erik left him alone. He was finally tried of waiting, so he got up, and grabbed the man's arm. "Xanth?" The boy jumped looking over at Erik. "Y-yes?" "Get his other arm, we'll drag him out." Xanth gave a nod, and reluctantly did so.
They began draging the body, shortly reitiring because of the man's weight. Erik looked up at Ecila, "I hope you have something better in mind. This guy is a bit heavy," he murmured, damn it, why were noble adults always so fat?

"Well no not really," Elica replied to Erik, carrying her scythe, now like a water pail stick. She followed them nice and quietly, keeping her senses alert for any passerby that would oppose any trouble. She didn't want to take the fall for these guys she barely knew, though they were nice enough to help her out in her time of...inconvenience.
"So what are you guys? Rich people or something?" Ecila asked, spitting to her side like a tough guy.
"...Oh right, I ran out of money...now...great...can I stay over at one of your guy's houses?" she asked teasingly, but serious.
