Kaen walked through the forests, not sure on where he was going. It was a shame, he was never good with directions or map. He heard that they would be approaching the city of Vanar or something. The time he had spent here in Rodylia seemed distant, yet much more eventful than that within Daevir. The only trees he saw until now were either withered or dead, perhaps sickly in more than one ways. Even he couldn't get over the serenity and peacefulness of the forest. Well it would be more peaceful if not for some things...

Rema followed Kaen as if she had nothing better to do, occasionally stopping and catching a random mouse of two, and tossing them up in the air and retrieving them as if it were a toy. When she got bored of it, she ate the damned creature, and continued to follow Kaen. He was quiet, then again, he was an idiot. She yawned, tired for that night, yet she wasn't in dire need of rest. She had worse, however. "I wonder how even a bastard like you can like nature," she snarled, before listening to birds chirp. Sure, a human would say that it was pretty, but they were actually mocking. Being an animal, she could understand what they said. On other note, some of them cooed of the weather. Apparently, it was going to rain, which Rema didn't mind in the lest bit, she was thirsty.
"Where exactly do you think your going?" She called out in an ill-tempered tone, still not walking precisely next to Kaen. No, she'd stay behind, after all... She didn't want to be killed by the man. Not after what Arty had told her about his previous scenario.

"Uh...were heading to Vanar, but... ummm... which direction...is that a way?" Kaen asked, dead serious as he had always been. He doubted the wolf creature would know, than again, her sense of direction should be better than his, since she was more connected to this world or was born into it at least. He stumbled at a root and fell down...hard on the ground. He had been feeling awfully weak as time progressed in his stay in this world. He struggled like any other human would, trying to get up. The weaker he got, the happier he seemed to become. Was his human feelings becoming more and more...active? Had it been reborn over the time? Was he mortal again?
Even so, the lack of strength amused him, but, he did have someone with him, the least he could do was leave her off in a place she can get around at; before trying to cut his own head off again.

Rema glared at the immortal man in front of her, giving a harsh reply. "Hell if I know, I don't pay attention to names." She stated, before watching the human trip over a root. She laughed as he struggled, stopping to sit by him as he got up. "Don't think about dying, now." She said in an amused tone, looking up at him as he finally got up.

Kaen trudged farther into the forest, swatting at some annoying mosquitoes and bugs. He didn't bother replying to Rema, there wasn't much reason in the creature. At first, he wasn't sure why anyone would travel with him, there wasn't any good perks with being with him. If anything, being with him would mean certain death. There wasn't much time to trouble himself, the fact was: he was lost, he had a living creature following him, and he was becoming weaker for sure. Perhaps it was the fact that he was growing weaker that summoned up a long forgotten emotion...fear. That was the only thing he could label at his own discomfort.
"Its odd...this world," he said in an uneasy voice.
